After STM’s unexpected incident on the Green line yesterday, we’ve got some more metro news for you.
This Sunday, 6 of the metro’s stations will be closed. The closure of the following stations are expected to last from 5:30am to 7pm:
Snowdon (Blue line closed)
Côte-des-Neiges
Université-de-Montréal
Edouard-Montpetit
Outremont
Acadie
The cause of these closures has been ruled out as construction work. These remaining stations on the blue line, however, will be OPEN:
Parc
de Castelnau
Jean-Talon (connection to orange and blue lines)
Fabre
D’Iberville
Saint-Michel
Snowdon (connection to orange line only)
In order to provide safe travels, the STM has put in place a temporary shuttle bus that will serve the closed stations. Nearby bus lines should follow regular scheduling. For more travel information visit the STM’s website.
