Get your wallets out, Montreal! You might be getting some suprise cash in your bank account as of next week!
That's right! To help offset the rising cost of food across the country, millions of Canadians can expect grocery store rebates to be deposited in their accounts next week.
This rebate will be issued on one day only- Wednesday, July 5th (so mark your calendars!)
Now, here's who's eligible for the rebate...
For those single, you can expect maximum payments of $234 (no children), $387 (with one child), $467 (with two children), $548 (with three children), $628 (with four children).
For those married or with a common-law partner, you can expect maximum payments of $306 (no children), $387 (with one child), $467 (with two children), $548 (with three children), $628 (with four children).
Seniors (65+) can expect up to $225 in rebates.
