Cher has revealed her secret to staying young.
During an interview on Good Morning Britain on Monday, Cher, 77, shared that she is not ready to give up wearing jeans or her iconic long hair.
"I just can't believe I will be 80 at some point, sooner than I wish," the music superstar said. "And I will still be wearing my jeans and I will still be wearing long hair and I will still be doing the same stuff I've always done."
Cher added that she and a friend had even discussed when they would let go of their flowing locks and their denims.
"I remember when my friend Paulette and I were talking about when we were going to have to cut our hair and stop wearing jeans, because it seemed like in those days that's what women did - and it hasn't hit yet," the Burlesque actress recalled.
Cher also credited her family genes for her long-lasting youthfulness.
"The genes in my family are pretty amazing," added the Believe hitmaker, whose mother, Georgia Holt, lived to the age of 96.
Last year, the singer, who has had raven-coloured hair throughout her long career, told People that she would never let her hair go grey.
"(Going grey) is fine for other girls. I'm just not doing it!" she declared.
