Sharon Osbourne has revealed she’s previously fired men for “taking advantage” of her female employees.
The 71-year-old music manager claimed that over the years she’s been forced to dismiss several men in her team because of their unprofessional behaviour towards younger members of staff.
“The amount of men that have worked for me that have been looking for those young girls,” Sharon told The Mirror.
“One employee has worked for me 40 years and the times I have fired men taking advantage of her, abusing her and trying to ply her with drink.”
Sharon, who is married to rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, was then quizzed on whether she had ever been the victim of unwanted attention from a man.
The businesswoman insisted she had managed to escape this kind of situation because of her often-intimidating personality.
“I was too threatening,” Sharon explained. “I've never wanted to be shown as vulnerable. When I started there were no other women managers in this genre.
“It's tough," she added. "That's why people go, 'She's so this, so that'. But you have to be, otherwise, people eat you up. It's survival.”
The star also shared the secret to her long-lasting marriage is “acceptance” of the other person.
Ozzy and Sharon have been married since 1982 and have three children, Aimee, Kelly and Jack.
