Well, Montreal… After complaining about not having any snow in the city for several weeks now, we’ve finally got exactly what we asked for!

After experiencing lots of heavy snowfall on the island this past weekend, Montrealers can expect yet another major snowfall this week.

According to The Weather Network, we will experience some snowfall this Tuesday that will slowly transition into rain on Wednesday. Watch out however, there is a possibility of a freezing rain period accompanied by strong winds.

In light of these alerts, it is advised to delay any non-essential travel, as dangerous driving conditions are to be expected.

It's worth noting that temperatures are expected to rise later on Wednesday and Thursday, reaching a high of 4 degrees Celsius.

Winter is officially here!
