Well Montreal… We hope that you enjoyed the snow-less streets for the past few weeks, because change is about to happen!

Starting Thursday night, we can expect some snowfall leading up through Friday morning, potentially causing a slower morning commute to work. Probably a good day to work remotely, if you can.

Montrealers can expect around five to seven centimeters of snow, making it the largest snowfall of the month so far.

Typically, February sees an average of 41.2 cm of snow. This year however, we’ve seen an average of only one centimeter of snowfall so far this month. Odd, but we’ll take it!

As for this weekend’s weather, expect some flurries on both Saturday and Sunday, with temperatures dropping significantly, ranging from -16 to -20 degrees Celsius.

We promise spring is on its way… Soon!
