Believe it or not, Montreal, Spring is almost here (despite the snow flakes we’ve seen earlier this week…)!
However, you don’t need to fret about the cold weather; a warmer-than-usual spring is on the horizon - even with some unpredictable weather patterns.
Here is your official Spring weather forecast:
Throughout the last bit of March, Montreal can expect a combination of heavy rain and the occasional light snowfall, which is typical for this time of year.
In April, expect a cold start to the month transitioning to unseasonably warm temperatures towards the second or third eek, accompanied by heavy rain and snow. This will eventually turn into milder weather and some sunnier skies, followed by more rainy periods towards the end of the month.
Talk about flux and flow.
As we move into the month of May, expect some thunderstorms and rain showers with temperatures increasing to an average of 15 to 19 degrees Celsius with clearer skies.
Finally, Montrealers can expect warmer weather with an average of 24 degrees Celsius as we move into the beautiful month of June. While there may be a few rainstorms, sunny skies are expected to dominate. Don't you just love summer?!
So Montreal, get ready for some more rain before we can all bask in the long-awaited sunshine that we’re all craving so badly!
