Jennifer Lopez has worn a Schiaparelli gown to the Met Gala that featured 2.5 million beads.

The star, who was co-chairing the 2024 fashion event, arrived in a “true couture creation” that took “about 800 hours” of work.

“I wanted to be perfect for the Sleeping Beauties (theme),” she said, of her desire to tie in with the Costume Institute’s spring 2024 exhibition, “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion.”

The gown was embellished with a butterfly motif to adhere to the dress code of the evening, "The Garden of Time.”

Jennifer, 54, revealed that hosting the event hadn't detracted from her enjoyment of the party.

"Anna (Wintour) calls you, you have a lovely dinner the night before, you host, you get to greet all the guests,” she said. "It’s not that bad. It’s quite the honour. It’s nice.”

Jennifer hosted the iconic fashion night alongside Zendaya, Anna Wintour, Chris Hemsworth and Bad Bunny.

Her husband Ben Affleck wasn't in attendance as he is currently in LA filming The Accountant 2, the sequel to his 2016 action hit.
