Sunchips and Munchies were both recalled for a possible risk of salmonella contamination.

Frito Lay announced the news through a statement saying that “due to a result of the seasoning supplier informing Frito Lay an ingredient added to it by a third party was potentially contaminated with salmonella.

While no salmonella was found in the seasoning of the chips, the company still decided to go ahead and do the recall.

If you bought any of these two products, you are encouraged to dispose of them.
