Are you one of the lucky Swifties heading to Toronto over the next two weekends to catch Taylor Swift live on the Eras Tour?
While the concert will undoubtedly be the highlight of your trip, there are a few more things you can add to your itinerary to make the most of your time in the 6ix!
Visit the Fairmont Royal York
Opened in 1929, Fairmont Royal York is Toronto’s iconic hotel, known for its timeless elegance. Definitely a unique stay if you’re planning on going for an iconic time in Toronto. If you already have a place booked, you can still visit the Fairmont for a delicious meal (or drink!) at the REIGN restaurant & bar!
Explore the Distillery District
Wander through the historic Distillery District, known for its cobblestone streets, unique shops, art galleries, and restaurants. It’s a great spot to grab some food or just go for a quick photoshoot!
Stop by the CN tower
You can’t really go to Toronto without visiting the CN tower, can you? If you also have time, make sure to take a ride up to the top of the iconic CN Tower for some beautiful views of the city.
Grab a Bite at Kensington Market
Kensington Market has a reputation when it comes to food and there’s a reason why! So many food options from vegan, vegetarian and even a multitude of international bites. It’s also a lively spot where you can go out for a drink post concert (if you’re not too tired!).
Head to Yonge-Dundas Square
Also known as the "Times Square of Toronto," Yonge-Dundas Square is filled with lights, shops, and at times live entertainment! It’s also right by the Eaton Centre if you want to do a bit of shopping too.
