After a pause during the F1 Grand Prix weekend, the Société de transport de Montréal (STM)’s maintenance workers have resumed their strike for an additional two days.

On Monday, June 16 and Tuesday, June 17, bus and metro service will operate at 100% during morning and afternoon rush hours, as well as late in the evening. Outside of these peak periods, service will be reduced to 50% of the usual frequency.

The strike originally began last Monday, limiting service to essential hours only.
