Well Montreal, we don’t know about you but the snow (or whatever is left of it) is really getting us into the holiday season!
If you’re ready to dive into the festive spirit, here are three must-see events happening soon to make you feel all the holiday magic.
The CP Holiday Train
For the 27th year in a row, the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train is back on the tracks and spreading cheer across the country with two stops in Montreal on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
You can catch it first in Montreal West at 7 p.m., followed by Beaconsfield at 8:30 p.m. Each stop includes live entertainment and raises money, food, and awareness for local food banks.
The Santa Claus Parade
The Santa Claus Parade makes its grand return to downtown Montreal on Saturday, November 22, 2025, starting at 11 a.m. along Boulevard René-Lévesque. There will be colourful floats, marching bands, dancers, and, of course, Santa himself.
And here’s a bonus: The Beat 92.5 team will be there! So make sure to come say hi and join in on the fun — it’s one of our favourite days of the year.
The Great Montreal Christmas Market
Also kicking off the weekend of the 21st, the Great Montreal Christmas Market officially opens at Quartiers des Spectacles, along with several other festive markets throughout the city. From local artisans and cozy food stalls to twinkling lights and Christmas tunes, it’s the perfect spot to pick up a few gifts or just enjoy the magical atmosphere.
