Planning to drive around Montreal this weekend? You might want to prep ahead, as there will be some serious overnight disruptions with the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine Tunnel undergoing maintenance work.

The tunnel will be closed starting Friday at 11 PM until Saturday morning at 8 AM.

In the southbound direction, Highway 25 will be completely closed between Exit 4 (Sherbrooke St. East) and the tunnel entrance. This means Exit 3 for Notre-Dame and Hochelaga streets will be inaccessible. On the Northbound side, Highway 25 will be closed from Exit 90, and the entrance from Île Charron will be closed as well.

On top of that, Highway 20 westbound will be closed from Saturday at 10 PM until Sunday at 9 AM between Exit 102 and the entrance from Armand-Frappier Boulevard.
