The Montreal Canadiens Defeat the Lightning and Advance!

Huge congratulations to our Habs, who have defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning in an electrifying Game 7!

The Montreal team triumphed over the Lightning with a 2-1 victory, securing a spot in the second round of the 2026 Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Next up, the Habs will be playing the Buffalo Sabres, who took down the Boston Bruins. Game 1 of the second-round series starts Wednesday night in Buffalo.
