Montreal’s Youppi! Named Nominee for Best NHL Mascot

Congratulations to Youppi! The Montreal Canadiens mascot has been nominated for Best NHL Mascot in USA TODAY Sports’ Readers’ Choice Awards.

Fans can vote online until September 14 at 11:59 AM. Youppi! is among the 20 nominees, and the top 10 will be announced on September 23.

Montreal was also nominated in three other NHL categories:

  • Best NHL Arena (Bell Centre)
  • Best NHL Arena Food
  • Best NHL City
