Drivers in Montreal are facing higher costs at the pump. On Sunday, several local gas stations were spotted charging 200.9 cents per litre, with some in Saint-Léonard reaching 201.9 cents.
Prices remain lower off-island, where some suburbs are selling gas for 190 cents per litre or less.
The price hike is being driven by ongoing conflict in the Middle East, which continues to put pressure on global oil markets.
