Gold for Canada’s Figure Skaters and Halfpiper
Canadian figure skating stars Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir offered a spectacular performance for the final Olympic routine of their career. The competition was stiff, with less than one point separating the Canadian duo from their French runner-ups. However, Virtue and Moir came out on top thanks to their combined total of points (206.07). The Canadian figure skating duo has previously announced that they will retire after these Olympics.
