This now-famous sugar shack is a delicious twist on the tradition, with fine cuisine and a beautiful ambience just 45 minutes outside of Montreal. You’ll need to reserve far in advance, but it’s well worth the wait. They’re located at 11382 Rang de la Fresnière in St-Benoît de Mirabel.
