PadMapper has released new data that shows a significant decrease in the price of rent in several major cities across Canada. As we head into the end of the year, the average cost of rent has continued to drop.
According to the report, “15 cities experienced a downward monthly rent price change, including the two most expensive cities, Toronto and Vancouver.
Montreal is currently is sitting in the ninth spot.
