Looking for ways to improve your heart health? Well, it’s a lot easier than you may think…

Researchers from University of Maryland Medical Center found that there are plenty of heart benefits when listening to music that makes you feel good. Their research showed that the feeling you get can actually improve your blood flow, which is key for good heart health.

While there are plenty of other key factors that people must follow when looking to improve their heart health (eating healthy, working out, quit smoking, stress management, etc.), this research suggests that listening to some of your favourite tunes is definitely something to consider in your routine.

Looking for some feel-good music to start listening to? Tune in to The Beat of Your Workday with Donna Saker!

Here are some of Donna’s current favourite songs that she’s listening to:

  • Bam Bam by Camila Cabello
  • I Feel Good by Pitbull
  • The Motto by Tiesto
  • Big Energy by Latto
  • Woman by Doja Cat
  • Start Over by Zach Zoya

Happy listening!
