Get ready to celebrate summer at the Kahnawà:ke Food Fest!
Happening on the last Saturday of June, the public is invited to Kaienthókwen to immerse themselves in various Indigenous foods and local flavours to kick off the summer season.
Kaienthókwen provides local and Indigenous sourced foods from Kahnawà:ke and across Turtle Island. Featuring both traditional and non-traditional foods produced, grown and/or gathered by Onkwehón:we everywhere, as stated on their website.
Located on Route 207 in Kahnawake, there will be many local and invited food vendors in attendance from noon to 6pm on June 25th.
While the full list of vendors has yet to be announced, you can check out their Facebook page for all of the latest updates here.
