We don't know about you, but spring couldn't come fast enough for us. The winter blues have properly settled and we are READY for some happy vibes in here.
Luckily, this 7-day happiness challenge might help. Every day for 1 week, it encourages you to do something that wil help bring happiness into your day. Try it and see!
Day 1: Appreciate the relationships you have in your life
Research says that happy relationships are what make a happy life- so be grateful for them (whether they be romantic relationships, friendships, or other!)
Day 2: An 8-minute phone call is all you need
Feeling down? Try giving an 8-minute phone call to a friend! No more, and no less. 8 minutes is all you need to start feeling better!
Day 3: Small talk WORKS
Ok, we might all make fun of 'small talk' and how it can sometimes be awkward and annoying...but it's been proven to increase happiness! Try chatting up with someone you'd like to know more about!

Day 4: 'Thank you!'
On day 4, make sure you thank someone special. Not only will saying 'thank you' make the other person feel loved and appreciated, but you'll also feel happy knowing that you potentially made someone's day.
Day 5: Bond with your colleagues!
Work friends are so so important- they're the people you see most every day! Take a look around the office, and try to chat it up with your colleagues (why not have lunch with them while you're at it!)

Day 6: Make social plans!
On Day 6, make plans to go out with your friends... and don't cancel them at the last minute...As much as a cozy night in watching Netflix is a good idea, it's important to go out and catch up with your gal pals once in a while (drinks and some good music can also go a long way!)
Day 7: Happiness is a state of mind
On the last day, make sure you keep happiness at the top of your mind. Not just on this day actually, but rather every day. Happiness is simply a state of mind, people! Focus on the good things and they will come your way!
