If you look up at the sky this weekend, you might catch a glimpse of one (or many) shooting stars!
More specifically, Canadians can expect Perseid meteor showers to make their way across the sky on Saturday and Sunday. This Perseid meteor shower has been active since mid-July, and is expected to last until the end of August. Experts have revealed that the best time to catch a glimpse of them will be over this weekend between August 12th and 13th.
Experts from NASA also recommend to stay away from light pollution to spot these meteor showers, as you might see up to 40 Perseids per hour across the sky!
