Now that summer is officially, officially over, the days are getting shorter — and colder. Which means it’s almost that time of year to “fall back” an hour.
This year, daylight saving time will end at 2 a.m. on Sunday, November 2, when clocks turn back one hour. If you’re still unsure what that means, it simply means we’re technically gaining an extra hour of sleep.
The next time change will take place on Sunday, March 8, 2026, when we switch back to daylight saving time.
So, we’ve got about three weeks to prepare ourselves for the end of daylight saving time!
