Have you purchased tickets for a concert, sporting event, or show through Ticketmaster while living in Quebec since 2021? If so, you could be part of a newly authorized class action lawsuit regarding "abusive" service fees.
On January 5, 2026, the Quebec Superior Court authorized a class action against Ticketmaster.
The lawsuit alleges that the company’s service fees are "excessive, unreasonable, and disproportionate.”
Who is included? You may be part of this class action if you:
- Have lived in Quebec since July 26, 2021.
- Purchased tickets through Ticketmaster’s website, mobile app, or box office for any event held in North America.
