You know here at The Beat we’re absolutely fans of getting our country steps in and with Shaboozey in town for his show in Place Bell, it was clear that the song would be this week’s Beat of the Week with one of our faves, “A Bar Song (Tipsy)”

The song was released on April 12, 2024, as the fourth single from his third album Where I've Been, Isn't Where I'm Going. It tied "Old Town Road" by Lil Nas X as the longest-running number-one song of all time on the Billboard Hot 100 with 19 non-consecutive weeks at the top of the chart!

“A Bar Song (Tipsy)” was nominated for many Grammy nominations back in 2024 and even scored Shaboozey a nomination for the Best New Artist category.
