If you have tickets to Billie Eilish's Montreal show, we've got bad news.
The singer/songwriter has announced that she has decided to postpone a couple of dates on the Canadian leg of her upcoming ‘Happier Than Ever’ world tour.
Eilish’s team took to social media to inform fans that “due to local guidelines and an abundance of caution” she will not be in Montreal and Toronto next month.
“My two Montreal and Toronto shows on Feb 15th, and 16th need to be postponed due to local guidelines there to keep everyone safe,” says Eilish’s Instagram post.
Eilish's show was set to take place at the Bell Centre, which has a capacity of 15,000 seats, but currently, only 500 people are allowed to attend a venue at once due to the current Covid-19 restrictions.
On her Instagram story, Eilish did reiterate that the show is not cancelled but simply postponed. "We’ll share details on the rescheduled dates soon, and all tickets will be honored for the new dates,” she wrote.
The tour is set to kick off in New Orleans on February 3 and includes two nights at New York’s Madison Square Garden on February 18-19, and will wrap up with three nights at LA’s Forum on April 6, 8 and 9 before heading to the UK and Europe.
As of now, Eilish’s March 24 Vancouver show is still on schedule.
