Kaley Cuoco has detailed her post-baby fitness routine.
The Big Bang Theory star, who is a mum to her seven-month-old daughter Matilda, has shared an insight into her postpartum fitness journey, explaining that exercise is beneficial for her mental health.
"Putting that incline up is so good for your muscles, and for your circulation," Kaley told Today of her workout routine. "I'll also walk backward, which is amazing for your butt and legs. It pretty much works everything."
The actress, 37, explained that although she would rather be spending time with Matilda, she knows exercise is important for her wellbeing.
"I remind myself that it's just an hour of my day, and like eating, it's important for my body and my heart," she told the outlet. "And you never leave a workout and go, 'I wish I didn't do that.'"
Kaley added, "Even if it wasn't the workout you envisioned, even if it was a little bit more low-key, getting a good sweat sets the whole tone for the day."
Elsewhere in the interview, the actress shared that her running shoes have become a wardrobe staple.
"I also feel like nowadays, sneakers are so freaking cool," she said. "You wear them with a dress and look as cute as can be. I don't even own heels anymore."
