It’s official: Quebec is set for an early spring, at least according to the province’s own Fred la Marmotte.
As tradition dictates, Fred did not see his shadow on Monday morning, signaling that warmer weather is on the way.
This is a great change from last year, when Fred saw his shadow and predicted six more weeks of winter.
Needless to say, we are delighted by this year's forecast!
